Guarantee Policy:
We offer a flexible 7 days complimentary repair. Please give us a call to schedule your repair. This DOES NOT cover nail fixes due to breakage from excessive force (I.E nails cracked and bleeding due to blunt force), nail biting, or any changes to the nail enhancement from the original set.
We do not guarantee regular polish work.
A change in color, shape, or design will be charged as a new set.
We do not offer refund to service(s) performed. However, we will fix the issue to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements that have been applied.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards bought online require seven processing days from the date of purchase to be used in the salon. This does not pertain to gift cards that were bought in-store.
Gift cards is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Timing is everything in our industry. Therefore, if you are 10 minutes late, we have the right to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time for you.
We want to respect all our clients and team members time, so we do ask that cancellation is made 24 hour in advance.
NB Tips
Communication is key! Help us get to know you by letting us know if you have any health issues that can be impacted by our service, likes, dislikes, and preferred nail length prior to us starting your service

Need gel/dip removal? Love a nail art? Let us know in advance!
Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to select a service and color
If you’re running 10 minutes or later to your appointment, please CALL the salon at ________ so we can best hold your spot and accommodate your reservation. If you’re past the 15-minute period without notifying us, we will try our best to accommodate the reservation but it will be considered as a walk-in.
If you have 3 consecutive no shows on your profile, we will no longer be able to book your appointment without a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of $50 that goes towards your service.
Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation fee for individual appointments, but we do ask that you call us and let us know that you’re unable to make it to your appointment.
Group Booking: Group booking will only be scheduled over the phone.
4 Guests ($100 Deposit)
6 Guests ($150 Deposit)
8 Guests ($200 Deposit)
10+ Guests ($250+ Deposit)
Deposit is NON refundable but transferable IF:
Appointment is canceled/rescheduled BEFORE 24 hours of the appointment time.
If the full deposit is not fully used at the time of the appointment, it will be saved to the client’s profile to be used for future services.
In case of an emergency and the reservation needs to be canceled/rescheduled after the 24 hour period please provide acceptable documentation in order for the deposit to be transferred
Deposit is NON refundable and NON transferrable when:
The appointment was rescheduled after the 24 hour period or the appointment was missed.
50% of the party is late to their appointment by more than 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
50% of the party does not make it to their reservation on the time & day of the appointment.
Personal Property:
We regretfully cannot be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings.
Please take extra caution to prevent any such occurrence.
